The Legislation Sub-committee is responsible for considering legal and regulatory consultations which do not relate specifically to audit and taxation matters. Where appropriate the Committee will respond to consultations either in writing or through participation on a relevant steering committee.

A consultation meeting was held with at Jersey Finance on 11 November to discuss AML for the Accountancy Sector to which JSCCA members were invited.  Below are a set of Minutes that resulted from these discussions.
