Auditor Oversight Regime

The JSSCA formally responded to Consultation Papers No. 1 and No.2 2010 issued by the Jersey Financial Services Commission with respect to aspects of the auditor oversight regime. The responses provided are attached and subsequent to this the Jersey Financial Services Commission have confirmed they will be recommending to the Minister that he includes the additional GAAPs that were suggested by the response to Consultation Paper No. 1 2010.
